By placing an order with Vortek the customer verifies that they have read these Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order with Vortek for any air gun parts or air gun work, the customer verifies that they are aware of the current Federal, State and Local Laws in USA.

Vortek accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury resulting from the use of any product sold from this website. Use is at the consumers risk. Knowledge of the adherence to local laws and or any other laws is the sole responsibility of the consumer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Vortek currently charges a standard rate for deliveries within the USA mainland. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska is subject to a surcharge of carrier.

In the event that the courier cannot deliver your parcel due to your unavailability, your parcel will be returned to us. If you require the parcel to be re-delivered, standard shipping and handling will apply.

Vortek will endeavor to ship your goods promptly after receipt of your order. If however a product is out of stock or we have insufficient information to carry out your order, Vortek will contact you explaining the delay or requesting further information.

Vortek reserves the right to change its delivery pricing and policy at any time without notice. Any changes will be made available for the customer to view online prior to competing an order.

BACK ORDERS

Vortek will back order any items that are not in stock. The customer will be contacted by email or telephone and informed of any delay. The customer will be given the option to cancel or keep the order.
